JOB DESCRIPTION

This civil contractor have been awarded the construction of a large subdivision just south of Brisbane, 

The company are a institution here in QLD, they have an excellent reputation and a list of incredible projects to their name across many areas of civil.

Working as a Project Manager will see you involved in management of all civil works associated with this landmark project.

You will be involved in projects from concept to completion and will include:

  • Client liaison
  • Coordinating project resource
  • Managing the design process 
  • Leading in time, cost, quality, communications and project scope
  • Managing budgets and forecasting
  • Project schedules
  • Contract management
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management
  • 8+ years civil experience with subdivision exposure during your tenure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
