We are now looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to carry out the follow:

Preparation of estimates, quotes and tender submissions with accuracy
Contract tender project management
On-site inspections and meetings
Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the project.
Develop detailed project programs with defined project scope, goals and deliverables.
Ensure project documentation is completed and accurately recorded, updated and authorized
Maintain consistent liaison and provide updates to relevant stakeholder
Successful track record of winning projects above $5m in value
It is essential that you have a background in the preparation of estimating and tender submissions in the construction market
Good communication skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships, both internally and with external clients.
