The Role


Working within an established Senior Legal team, the successful applicant will assist in providing legal services across the business in the management of construction and project claims and litigation as they impact on the companies day-to-day operations.


This will include but is not limited to:-

  • Assisting with strategies and negotiation in respect of disputes;
  • Project management of disputes
  • Supporting Senior Project Lawyers in contract management and delivery;
  • management of upstream and downstream disputes;
  • drafting and reviewing variations, EOT claims and associated legal and commercial correspondence;
  • instructing and assisting external law firms and counsel
  • management of key stakeholders within the legal and commercial team and the broader business;
  • managing the interface between external counsel and the business; and
  • assisting with drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and reports


It is expected that the role will suit a 6-10+ PQE year construction disputes lawyer with significant experience gained either in-house or in private practice in PPP, construction and procurement. Admission to practice law in Australia is essential.


A full PD can be supplied on request to suitable applicants.
