ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Located in the inner city and within walking distance from Museum station, this medium-sized Architectural studio specialises in a range of great projects from primarily Hospitality based projects to Commercial, High-End Residential, and Multi-Residential. The team is very collaborative and appreciates the comradery within the team that has been built over time standing side by side with their directors of 20 years. 
 
ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will report directly to the Directors and will take ownership in your role to deliver a variety of projects from concept through to delivery and construction in this rare end to end position. You will have the opportunity to be involved in small teams that you will have the opportunity to use your experience to assist more Junior Architects and collaborate for great results. 
 
DUTIES.

• Engage in feasibility studies and concept designs.
• Liaise with clients, councils, and consultants.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Deliver DA/CC documentation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Excellent knowledge and experience with Revit software.
• Strong previous Hospitality/Commercial and Residential project experience.
• Previous experience performing a 360 Architect position.
