Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) / Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane

Hires Needed: Upto 20 Hires

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements
• Ensure continual knowledge management
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
• Resolves complex design and construction problems to meet specified objectives
• Ensures that developed systems meet performance considerations outlined in High Level Design
• Prepares High Level Designs and collate nonfunctional requirements
• Provides estimates of time and resources required for delivering Projects and related artifacts applying agreed processes
• Provides Technical inputs (dependencies, sequencing, risks etc) to assist the Project Manager with sizing and planning small to medium projects
• Guide the team and mentor them as required

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-12 years’ experience in delivering Pega solutions.
• Role involves hands-on development activities.
• Pega certification (CLSA/CSSA) is must
• Deep skills in Pega PRPC
• Hands on experience in Design using PRPC and any frameworks.
• Formulate best practices and design guide lines for the team.
• Well versed with Integrations using PRPC and has designed the integration components.
• Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ series
• Well versed in the SmartBPM and Agile methodologies
• Should be able to perform design and code reviews and suggest best practices to the team.
• Should have experience in Performance tuning of applications.
