Multiple Building Auditors Required, 4-6 Months Commencing March- Building Asset Experience Required

Your new company
An asset company in Melbourne require the assistance of multiple Building Auditors to join the team in regional parts of Victoria to assess and audit community housing properties. Accommodation & relocation and other allowances are included for these regionally based positions.

Your new role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be:

• Assessing and auditing community residential housing in regional parts of Victoria
• Undertaking visual condition assessments of building components
• Using IPWEA Practice Note 3 methodology
• Identifying related building defects
• Reporting on compliance, safety and condition of properties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will require:

• Tertiary or formal qualifications in relevant area (desirable)
• Trade or technical background experience working with residential buildings
• Extensive knowledge and experience with building assets
• Ability to scope projects, identify and rectify buildings and defect work
