As the Discipline Lead for Hydraulics, you will report to the Qld Director/Manager and will be responsible for a small professional team across a wide range of activities. This would include developing Concept and Basic Designs/Solutions to the Clients Hydraulic Infrastructure requirement for their Building Environments meeting ESD and other standards. You will work with Equipment Vendors and Contractors to deliver developed Solutions and achieve expected Outcomes. You will also be involved in Client liaison and over time continue to develop your competence in managing these relationships.

To succeed in this role, we seek a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar field within an Engineering Consultancy Practice. Degree qualifications in Engineering will be well regarded but are not mandatory. You should possess a passion for Hydraulic Engineering within Building Environments, seek Technical Excellence and be Innovation in Designs/Solutions. We also seek a level of Commercial Maturity with the understanding that Project Success is defined by delivering the agreed outcomes on time, quality, and functionality as well as profitably for the company.
