Civil project engineer required for Major road projects around Melbourne | $60-$100 million packages | Mentoring and career development

Your New Company

This market leading civil contractor is well known across VIC for their proud history of delivering large & complex civil infrastructure projects predominantly across road, rail and bridges. They have a high powered, professional, and engaged team and offer fast-tracked career progression. Due to recently awarded projects they are looking for 2 supervisors to join their team.

Your New Role

• Value engineering and quality assurance focus for various civil packages working closely with the construction team to ensure the project is delivered on time and under budget whilst strictly maintaining a safe working environment
• Managing all budgets and forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Calculation and coordination with various subcontractors for resource procurement and allocation
• Engaging with stakeholders including project managers, engineers, HSR's, VIC roads, council

What You Will Need

• Ideally you will have strong local experience working on high value and complex road construction projects
• A successful track record of project delivery on time and under budget whilst maintaining safety for everyone on site
• Strong communication skills being someone who can manage HSR's and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
