Home Builder seeks experienced AutoCAD drafter (Revit would be great too) for residential drafter role in Brisbane
Residential Draftsperson
The Company:
This residential building company has an excellent reputation in the Brisbane market specialising in new homes across Brisbane and regional Queensland.
The Role:
- Provide preliminary sketches to meet tenders in AutoCAD
- Produce working drawings
- Provide & consult custom design request
- Produce & consult for new residential projects
- Provide technical solutions for existing plans to suit client request
- Create new ranges of house designs & new products
- Provide better plan alternative & solutions to the new homes team
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years drafting experience with a high-volume home builder
- Experienced in AutoCAD essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical understanding of drafting
- Excellent understanding of all residential building codes
- Experience in Revit highly desirable
