JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a financial services org who are looking for a number of hands-on Site Reliability Engineers on a remote contract basis.

Our client is a leading financial services organisation who are looking to engage a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive and facilitate operational readiness for a new program of deliverables. You will ensure the support structures have been implemented to enable the transition to go-live status. This will be an initial 6 months contract with the program of work looking to last 18 months.

The Role

  • Experience in automating everything using Python, Golang or GraphQL.
  • Design, implement and manage standard operating tools, processes and manual
  • Working on continuous improvement/continuous development (CI/CD)
  • Managing platform changes and releases
  • Managing operational test scenarios and test cases
  • Experience with Alerting and monitoring tools e.g. Prometheus Datadog, Zabbix, etc
  • Working with DevOps, Security & Software Engineers to enhance operation delivery
