Our client is a well established leader in the Landscaping Industry, they are seeking to expand their already successful team with an experienced Landscape Estimator.

Duties will include:

• Producing realistic, competitive and cost effective quotes
• Compliance with all document and statutory requirements for tenders, including Public Tenders
• Providing qualitative and quantitative input to budget formulation and costing
• Assisting the management team in reviewing profit and loss reporting to Executive management
• Liaising with staff on a range of projects
• Assisting with prioritising allocated work
• Electronically filing all documentation
• Assistance in marketing the company in order to build new relationships

Essential criteria

• Minimum 3-5 years landscape estimating and landscape construction experience, commercial
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation skills and communication
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Demonstrated ability to interpret plans
