About your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience

Parts Foreman

to join our high performing Marketing & Customer Experience function, located at our Archerfield office. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to be involved in the transformation of our current customer contact processes into a ‘

World Class’

cross functional Customer Care Centre (CCC), delivering the best experience for our customers.

You will support, guide and coach the current team, whilst implementing and improving processes and systems. Identifying and managing training and development opportunities within the team key to the success of this role!

Reporting to the

Manager – Customer Care Centre

you will be required to:

  • Support daily activities to ensure key business performance indicators are achieved, as well as identifying continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support our parts phone and email workflows across our network and ensure the team provides efficient phone and email correspondence to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Work with group marketing to ensure parts campaigns are effectively delivered by the team and voice of the customer feedback is cascaded to the team
  • Ensure that customer requirements are promptly and accurately interpreted, using the correct information sources by your team
  • Manage customer enquiries and process orders through our Microsoft Dynamics AX system, in an accurate and effective manner
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key external vendors both parts suppliers and 3rd party supplier including freight forwarders
  • If customer needs are not satisfied with information provided, ensure referral to the appropriate service advisor or submit technical request to the Technical Communicator Group
About You

You will have extensive and successful leadership capability, within a complex and diversified heavy machinery organisation. It is an


requirement that you have knowledge of Caterpillar parts operations, procedures and product ranges and exceptional relationship building skills along with coaching skills supporting large teams. A proven ability to work under pressure and employ initiatives to find solutions will see you thrive in this role!

Mechanical Trade

Qualification, along with

Microsoft Dynamics AX
