You will have a proven and local background in feasibility and detailed design of Land Development Projects (residential and industrial estates), Civil Infrastructure, sports grounds, wetlands, roads, water and sewer. 

The right candidate is a detailed user of 12D and AutoCAD and other similar software packages.

With leadership qualities, you will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will engage regularly with other designers and drafters, PM's, Authorities and the client.

The right person will ideally be chartered and hold a BEng in Civil or similar and have had at very least 8-10 years local Australian design experience.
