Our client is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager who will provide knowledge and support to the workplace whilst continually improving the HSE management system and maintaining legal compliance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor and review Regional HSE objectives and target
• Oversee 3-6 x projects $5 - $60m in value
• Advise project teams on workplace HSE planning, risk assessing and implementing appropriate controls
• Foster collaborative relationships with subcontractor, directors and industry stakeholders.
• Facilitate industry engagement sessions as required
• Manage and assist HSE coordinators when required

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Diploma in OHS/WHS or tertiary equivalent
• Construction Safety or Operational Experience
• Auditing, incident investigation, training & return to work coordination
• 7 - 15 year’s + experience
