What This Job Involves

As Head of Engineering & Operations Solutions for PAM VIC, you’ll report directly into the Head of Property & Asset Management and be responsible for leading & coaching a direct team of 10 staff. The PAM VIC business manages in excess of 150 assets across commercial, industrial and retail sectors.

Creative thinking, effective teamwork skills, managerial and technical competence, will all be required to be successful in this role.

You’ll develop and implement portfolio programs across our Property & Asset Management business to ensure staff and the department achieve JLL’s key performance and reporting goals and ensure a high level of service to our clients

This role will form part of the PAM Vic leadership team and will be actively involved in strategy, leadership, client engagement and business development.

This is a key role within our business and will help JLL continue to provide market leading service to our clients, to continue being the number 1 service provider in the Property Management space.

You have proven leadership experience in Engineering & Facilities Operations under your belt. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex structures and client sensitivities across service lines.

You are a natural problem solver and will need to come up with strategies in applying holistic, forward thinking approaches and long-term solutions for complex problems.
