We have a number of new and exciting healthcare projects within our Australian practice and are looking to grow our existing team. We are keen to hear from architects with a passion for health and enjoy working collaboratively.

Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Health Planner/ Health Architect, we'll count on you to:

  • Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications
  • Perform assignments with specific objectives, requiring investigation of a limited set of variables
  • Follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features and possible solutions
  • Perform architectural assignments with direction, but without immediate supervision and with limited design responsibility
  • Recommend and select procedures
  • Write reports and specification covering architectural matters
  • Take responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience, with relevant health planning experience within the Health Sector, including running or supporting user groups
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
  • Knowledge of D’Rofus, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max but not required.
  • Rhino and Grasshopper experience
