National Builder specialising in Defence projects seeks a Site Engineer to be based in Brisbane.

Site Engineer required for defence projects in Brisbane. Well respected by their clients and competitors in the industry, this client offers a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to high-profile projects.

Our client delivers an array of works from new builds and fit-outs, through to heritage or remediation. Their diverse portfolio is what attracts Australia's top talent and their flat line management structure is what retains them. Due to several newly awarded projects, there is an immediate need for a Site Engineer to join the team.

As the Site Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing the OH&S on site• Assisting with Project Management• QA of all works carried out
• Liaising with all key stakeholders relevant to the project

To be considered for the position of Site Engineer you will require:

• Building and Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years' postgraduate experience working for a principal contractor (new build, fit-out or refurbishment)
• Australian Citizenship
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines
• Full drivers licence as there will be travel required across Brisbane
• Experience on defence projects is highly desirable
