JOB DESCRIPTION
This civil contractor have been awarded the construction of a large subdivision just south of Brisbane,
The company are a institution here in QLD, they have an excellent reputation and a list of incredible projects to their name across many areas of civil.
Working as a Project Manager will see you involved in management of all civil works associated with this landmark project.
You will be involved in projects from concept to completion and will include:
- Client liaison
- Coordinating project resource
- Managing the design process
- Leading in time, cost, quality, communications and project scope
- Managing budgets and forecasting
- Project schedules
- Contract management
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders
- A tertiary degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management
- 8+ years civil experience with subdivision exposure during your tenure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
