Position
As the Safety/HSE Advisor, you will report to the WHS Manager overseeing multiple sites based in Sydney. The primary purpose of this role is promoting safety in a collaborative and informative manner internally and externally. You will work alongside employees and subcontractors across the business and have a strong field-based presence. Your duties include;

• Internal and external health and safety reporting
• Perform and document incident investigations
• Continuous improvement of site health and safety 
• Perform Safety, Environment & Quality audits 
• Spot gaps for improvement and carry out training 

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, Businessor equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large scale-built projects
• Demonstrated understanding of laws, regulations and codes of practice.
• Strong communication and stakeholders management skills
