We have an opportunity for two Control Systems Services Engineers based in Perth, WA. The Control Systems Services Engineers provide service and support for Emerson products, like DeltaV, SIS, including maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up and problem solution. They also act as a focal point for customer technical support, preventative maintenance, improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

How will you make a difference?

• Provide prompt response to customer requests with exceptional customer service
• Ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities
• Undertake or escalate technical investigations in response to customer requirements and de
• Work on larger DeltaV implementation projects and deliver system and software upgrades and configuration
• Will have networking and cybersecurity knowledge
• Use Service Management Office (SMO) operating procedures and templates or Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Chemical or Electrical Engineering degree, trade certificate or relatable apprenticeship
• Experience in trouble shooting and providing service onsite for DCS systems, hands on experience with DeltaV systems will be an added advantage for this position
• The flexibility to travel and be part of an on-call roster
• Enthusiastic, and excited to learn
