EIC Activities are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Principal and Senior level Civil Engineers to contribute to the growth of our Rail, Road and Civil Infrastructure engineering portfolio.

The successful candidates will strengthen the technical capabilities of our civil engineering team and build upon current capabilities to generate value through engineering solutions for our clients.

The roles can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

EIC’s role within the CIMIC Group is focused on working with and within various project teams from the earliest pre-bid, project establishment, and delivery phases where opportunities to innovate, mitigate risk, and add value are strongest.

As part of EIC’s Civil Engineering team you will provide a competitive advantage for tenders and projects, generate value for clients, and leverage the CIMIC Group’s collective experience, technical capabilities and leading technologies.

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in design and construction of large civil engineering projects
• Broad range of civil experience considered including earthworks, alignment design, pavements, hydrology and hydraulics, utilities treatment, transport planning and digital engineering
• Experience in civil design management on major infrastructure projects
• Chartered Engineer (or eligible upon application)
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills
• Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to deliver results for projects
