Description

• The WHS Advisor is responsible for developing, reviewing, monitoring and implementing crucial WHS procedures to assist the management of the injury management function.
• liaising with management at all levels to assist them be active and participate in safety risk management
• Coordinate and participate in the WHS committee activities
• Develop and review the RTW program regularly
• Coordinate and review the emergency procedures
• Manage the Wellness program

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience in warehousing and healthcare
• Demonstrated experience as a WHS Officer/Advisor
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in WHS or diploma and above
• minimum 3 years in in workers comp, well bring and risk management
• Strong understanding of the current WHS Act and Regulations
