About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 Fixed term, Full-time

As a Business Analyst, you will join the Credit Process Transformation, working on the strategic Rules Engine. The team works hand in hand with software engineers, using Agile & HCD methods of design and delivery, with a focus on continuous user feedback. In this role, you will be required to document user stories with a focus on building in rules that assist the credit process. Your role requires working with multiple stakeholders, including R&A, Credit., Policy and technology. You will be required to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, adapting quickly to challenges and opportunities as they arise.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
  • Business analysis experience and/or related project delivery experience. Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills. Knowledge of ANZ Credit Risk Systems and data is an advantage
  • Domain knowledge of Institutional R&A businesses, Corporate and/or wholesale credit. Strong understanding of the Institutional business (Credit knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders. Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
  • Strong excel and financial statement analysis experience highly desired. Experience working with large-scale data and deriving insights - highly desired. Data/programming skills not required however advantageous
  • Experience in Digital applications. Growth mindset
  • Experience working in agile delivery team desired. Knowledge of ADF governance and an ability to apply a principles based approach preferred
