About The Company

Our client is a specialist in providing cloud and infrastructure design, deployment, and managed services. They have extensive experience in delivering complex projects and support many different organisations across a wide range of industries.

About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Executive Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Accept, manage and resolve support incidents logged via the company's support mailbox, online ticketing system
  • Lead or assist with the design, implementation, and support of Infrastructure and Cloud solutions for clients
  • Proactive monitoring and response to automated infrastructure monitoring and vendor incident alerts
  • Participate in rotating after-hours/weekend support, maintenance, and monthly patching exercises as required
  • Attend training, networking, or business development events as nominated by the company
About You

The successful candidate will have:
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Financial Services Industry experience
  • Strong public cloud knowledge and skills including AWS/Azure compute, network connectivity, and security
  • DevOps/Infrastructure as code experience (Cloud Formation / Terraform)
  • Network and firewall connectivity troubleshooting
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS Workspaces, Azure WVD, Citrix)
  • Office 365 including MS Teams (support and migration)
  • Infrastructure Monitoring
The following are also highly regarded:
  • Wintel/Linux server and administration experience
  • Active Directory / Group Policies
  • Cybersecurity operations experience
  • Disaster recovery design and testing
  • DevOps and automation
  • Identity Access Management and Governance experience
  • SIEM / monitoring experience (Splunk, DataDog, New Relic)
