Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join our NSW/ACT Pre-contracts team. You will assist with Tenders and Submissions from pre-tender through to handover to the construction teams. You will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will require:

• Proven experience in estimation within a large scale civil/construction environment
• Extensive experience in civil infrastructure projects ie roads & rail
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret a range of complex and technical documents, including relevant regulatory, legislative, and licensing requirements, codes and standards, plans, drawings and specifications, invitations to tender, contracts and procurement reports, and bills of quantities
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cost Planning experience and capability (relevant to civil infrastructure projects)
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors
