Lycopodium Minerals have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic resources and mineral processing engineering team in our Perth based Head Office.

You will receive on the job mentoring, technical development and role specific training to help you succeed. You’ll learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience.

You Will Have

• Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering, or the equivalent;
• Willingness to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
• Enthusiasm to learn and apply problem-solving skills;
• Initiative and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement & self-development;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Advanced literacy and numeracy skills along with high-level attention to detail;
• An ability and willingness to go on site visits for project work.
