About the role

Efficiently manage and complete maintenance and warranty works on completed homes and display homes in line with contractual obligations and Company customer service promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and warranty inspections as required by the contract and or customer requests
  • Assess and complete identified tasks and or arrange to have tasks completed within agreed timeframes
  • Attend all scheduled client appointments or inspections.
  • Provide the necessary information, support and clear direction to all sub-contractors/supplier to ensure maintenance works are completed in full and on time
  • Ensure subcontractors are on-site and working according to directions and within budget
  • Check work is up to standard prior to approving invoiced works
  • Scrutinise any additional work claims outside of the requested works
  • Attend fortnightly Warranty Team meetings and provide input when required
  • Attend fortnightly catch up with Warranty Manager
  • Communicate and address issues promptly when they occur on site
  • Liaise and provide assistance to Warranty Assist Coordinator
  • Liaise and provide assistance to Client Liaison’s where necessary
  • Efficient record keeping of job progress, work status and client communication
  • Frequent client communications during period of works
  • Time management, plan your days/week to ensure you fulfil all aspects of the job
  • Confirm all warranty works completed prior to payment
  • Provide feedback on warranty concerns or regular issues to both RCM & Warranty Manager
  • Regular notes and are to be added to each clients job
  • Maintain company vehicle, phone, laptop, tablets, printers and adhere to service requirements

You will bring

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interpret Architectural / Engineering drawings, along with reports and specifications
  • Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel experience
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be open to personal growth and development
  • Current drivers licence
  • Diploma in Building & Construction; or Certificate IV in Building & Construction
  • Have a trade qualification in the residential construction industry
  • Senior First Aid
