Our client supplies well known market brands of air movement equipment and associated products into the HVAC & R and affiliated industries. They are dedicated to servicing their customers and offering product guidance to help with the growth and success of their customer’s projects.

Our client is currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic person in the position of Junior Estimator/ Customer Service Representative for their ACT team located in Fyshwick. General knowledge of the heating, ventilation, commercial fans and air-conditioning market is a pre-requisite for this role.

Responsibilities:

· Processing of orders and data entry

· Ensure all orders won are project managed in-line with the customer’s wishes and all amendments are documented and communicated to the customer, vendor & warehouse & logistics staff

· Counter sales and providing support around product issues

· Answering sales and technical telephone enquiries as required

· Provide exceptional customer service and develop good customer relations

Requirements

Essentials:

· Ability to read mechanical specification documents and tender drawings

· HVAC industry experience or a similar field preferred

· Liaise with customers about technical aspects of a particular project and offer technical support.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to perform administrative duties as required

· Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be highly advantageous (B2B)

· High degree of attention to detail

· Motivated and committed to achieving sales goals and objectivities

· Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills

· Sound knowledge of Windows based computer systems, ie Excel Word

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

· Supply technical advice to the local ACT HVAC market.

· Mechanical HVAC background and fan engineering knowledge or similar field is preferred.
