About The Role

As the Multi-Site Manager, your role will be based in the CBD & Inner Suburbs overseeing 5 retail stores. Reporting to the State Manager and working with dedicated in-store teams, your purpose will be to provide leadership, guidance and support on sales and store operations. Critical to your success will be your drive to succeed and your ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team.

What We Need From You
  • Previous retail multi-site management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A proven track record of achieving strong sales results
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to actively plan ahead and prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and drive
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities
  • Ability to work a full time roster, including weekend work
