Production Engineer & Supervisor

Recruitment are working with a fantastic manufacturing business in their search for multiple positions to their expanding operations in the South East of Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer & Production Supervisor to join a global manufacturing business. These roles would suit engineers & supervisors who have previously worked within the Manufacturing industries.

To be successful in these roles you will need;

• A degree in Mechanical engineering or a trade background in Fitting & Turning with experience in Production engineer or supervisory roles.
• Experience in Injection moulding systems would be highly beneficial, along with die setting & polymer processing.
• Exposure to rigs & jigs within a production line.
• A good working knowledge of Solidworks & CAD/CAM.
• Previous experience in reviewing new technologies and applying them to process improvement where possible.
• A track record in leading teams of approx. 20 on shift would be advantageous (production supervisor role only)
