We are looking to employee casual maintenance officers (handyman) to fill casual short and long term positions with our client.

About the job:

We are looking for experienced all rounders, who is capable of performing various property maintenance tasks for our client, which could included :

• general property repairs, eg. patching and painting of walls, changing locks and washers
• preventative maintenance
• general gardening, when required
• fencing and gate repairs and/or installations
• installation of shelving, handrails etc
• grounds clean ups
• rubbish removal
• and much more

About you: You will need to have :

• experience in a similar role
• the ability to operate power and hand tools
• flexibility and be reliable
• great communication skills
• have transport and a valid drivers licence
• have a valid National Criminal History Check (police check) which is no older than 3 years old
• have had a 2020 Flu Vaccination

• professional and able to follow instructions with an attention to detail
• have pride in your work
• have an understanding of your WHS obligations
• have the right to work in Australia
