This is a fast paced and dynamic role, located in our Parkside office, supporting our Site Managers through the customers Metricon build journey.

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring customers are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process;
  • Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Metricon customers and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution;
  • Maintaining customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation;
  • Completing and managing data entry, and report compilation; and
  • Maintaining and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with customers.

Successful criteria
  • Proven experience working in customer centric environment;
  • Solutions focused individual and experience in dealing with conflict resolution;
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process;
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of competing objectives;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner; and
  • A proactive approach to all tasks and a can do attitude.

This role requires a National Police Check to be undertaken.
