Our client is a leading IT Services organisation involved with interesting IT projects & support for a range of organisations. They are looking to recruit IT Engineers who are keen to accelerate their career.
There are several roles available:
- Field Engineers - Level 2 - this role will often be on-site at customer premises and require frequent travel
- Dedicated on-site engineers - Level 1/2 - these roles will be at our MSP's client site
Having a background within IT Services (Managed /Professional Services) is an advantage

To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years in a Service Desk role
- 2+ years experience in providing field engineering, network and end-user support
- Strong understanding of AD/Exchange
- Solid expertise with Windows/Windows Server and Office 365
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (Vmware/Hyper-V/Azure/AWS) and cloud hosted server platforms
- Well developed Active Directory and Group Policy management and administration skills
- Backup & Recovery (Veeam/Shadowprotect or equivalent)
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, Cisco
- Experience in virus protection, security and remote access solutions
- Ability to manage and support Apple environments, including macOS, iOS
- Industry certifications including MCSA, CCNA, etc. would be well regarded
- ITIL awareness and understanding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as this role will often be on-site at customer premises
