We are looking for an experienced Town Planner to join our fast-paced team specialising in development assessment in a full time capacity.
About The Role
Town Planning Alliance works across a diverse range of planning applications in Queensland and New South Wales, ranging from small scale home renovations and commercial projects to multi-award winning residential tower developments. We also provided our clients with detailed strategic advice and planning advice to inform investment opportunities. As a town planner at Town Planning Alliance you will be involved in the day to day management of client relations and project delivery whilst also preparing and lodging applications for a range of developments.
As a Town Planner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Preparation of Town Planning Applications;
- Assessment of Development Applications;
- Independent management of projects and their delivery;
- Investigation of potential development sites;
- Assists in the preparation, lodgement and management of development applications;
- Liaising and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities regarding development and planning issues;

To join our team the successful candidate must possess the following;
- A degree in Town Planning or recognised equivalent qualifications;
- 2-3 years? proven experience in Development Assessment;
- Professional attitude, friendly personality and strong motivation;
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
