Description

Successful and expanding construction company is recruiting Experienced & Skilled Painters to join our commercial painting project team.

1. About the role : The expectations and responsibilities will include;

* Acts in accordance with Workplace Health& Safety Regulations
* Works effectively with other team members and supervisors
* Plans, Organized and communicated on all projects
* Plans, set out and uses materials and equipment (such as paint, decorating materials, texture coats, trowelled texture coat, wall paper, brushes, rollers, spray equipment, elevated work platforms, hoists, scaffolding)
* Plans and prepares surfaces for painting.
* Applies paint, texture coat, trowelled texture coatings, spray paint, decorative finishes, stains clear finishes, protective coatings and wall paper
* Treats lead paint hazards
* Removes graffiti
* Plans and prepares surfaces by abrasive blasting

2. About the requirements : The skills and experiences will be needed;

* Strong communication skills in Korean & English
* Excellent understanding of Workplace Health& Safety Regulations (Construction Induction Card (OH&S White Card) required))
* Certificate Holder (such as RIW (Rail Industry Worker), EWP (Elevating Work Platform))
* Ability to work in a team environment
