Job Description
- The WHS Advisor is responsible for developing, reviewing, monitoring and implementing crucial WHS procedures to assist the management of the injury management function.
- liaising with management at all levels to assist them be active and participate in safety risk management
- Coordinate and participate in the WHS committee activities
- Develop and review the RTW program regularly
- Coordinate and review the emergency procedures
- Manage the Wellness program
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience in warehousing and healthcare
- Demonstrated experience as a WHS Officer/Advisor
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or diploma and above
- minimum 3 years in in workers comp, well bring and risk management
- Strong understanding of the current WHS Act and Regulations
