JOB DESCRIPTION
As Senior Estimator in the Perth office, you will join a cohesive, close-knit team to take ownership of preparing cost estimates for civil projects valued from $50M-200M. These projects will be for clients including MRWA, Development WA, Local Government Shires, Water Corporation, Airports, Private Developers & Consultancies, or Department of Defence.
You will be a focal point for pricing winning tenders using Expert Estimation software and help produce programs and methodologies using Primavera P6. You will analyse tenders for identifying commercial risk and provide input to tender submissions.

Successful track record pricing winning CIRCA $50M-$200M tenders/bids for Civil Contractors in WA for; Civil, Road construction (MRWA) projects
Senior Estimator for a Civil Contractor experience required
Strong Roads and MRWA experienced is preferred
Bachelor’s in civil engineering
Currently Perth based with existing rights to live and work in Australia
