Our client is a global provider of materials handling equipment, serving the mining, recycling and manufacturing industries. With large international clients, they have a strong reputation for top-class customer care and innovative engineering solutions. Throughout a difficult 2020, they continued to expand and are now looking to add a national support engineer to their growing team.

Description

• Provide a high standard of both phone and on-site technical support to customers across ANZ

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge their product portfolio

• Ensure all equipment is installed, maintained and repaired to necessary standards

• Liaise with all relevant parties at a high standard of customer service

• Undertake preventative maintenance programs

• Upgrade existing hardware and software

• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting activities

• Manage inventory and upkeep detailed records

Profile

• Equivalent of a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience

• Experience working with heavy industrial equipment

• Demonstrated ability to work with control systems

• Analytical approach to problem solving

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible with working hours and able to travel interstate

• Hold a valid Victorian Driver's License
