Cossill & Webley is an engineering consultancy with a comprehensive and successful record of delivering urban development projects. We are looking for an ambitious, and motivated Civil Design Drafter to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Design Drafter to join a high performing, collaborative team. It will suit candidates with 3 or more years’ experience, and will involve:

• Providing civil drafting across land development projects covering bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and services.
• Working across various project teams to manage design drafting solutions, delivered in line with project demands, opportunities, and continual improvement,
• Quality review of drawings, including design checking in accordance with quality standards,
• The management and monitoring the quality of work performed across project teams and encourage a culture of technical excellence.

About You:

You should have a Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and be required to have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, and an ability to work collaboratively,
• Strong organisational skills to manage and plan workload,
• Demonstrated civil drafting experience delivering land development projects using AutoCAD and a basic understanding of 12D,
• Strong Knowledge in EDCM, WSAA, MRWA, and Australian design standards,
• Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and quality,
