Engineering People are looking for licenced A Grade Electricians for future opportunities!

Our electricians can work in a variety of assignments, including:

• Water Industry

• Manufacturing

• Construction

• Maintenance

Variety and challenges best describe the day to day requirements of an A Grade Electrician position.

The roles may entail working with:

• Repairing and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment

• Faultfinding, connecting and programming PLCs (mainly Baileys and Allen Bradley Plcs)

• Basic analysis of SCADA control systems, repairs to controls on manufacturing equipment (electrical/pneumatic control valves).

• Connecting motors, switch gears, pumps, 3 phase motors to Australian Electrical Standards.

• Calibrating instrumentation - mainly pressure sensors

• Assessing faults on pumps and pressure sensors and a range of instruments

• Service and repairs to high speed manufacturing equipment - including form fill and seal blister-packaging machines

• Basic surface mount repairs to component level on PCBs

You may also require the following certificates, endorsements, tickets and skills:

• White Card

• EWP

• Crane Truck familiarity

• Blue Card HV ticket

• Rope Endorsement

• Electrical Licence - Victorian

• Above average knowledge of AS3000

• Confined Spaces Ticket

• Work Safely at Heights

• Australian Drivers Licence
