As a Site Manager with Mykra you will be able to show off your skills as an experienced construction supervisor. You will have the opportunity to deliver quality products with a large amount of autonomy within a supportive team environment. 

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for

• Supervision and coordination of subcontract trades and Mykra labour for projects.

• Establish Site Safety procedures, conduct site inductions as per the company procedures.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Maintaining standards of performance quality and costs.

• Develop good working relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities

• Organise and attend weekly meetings, including Site Meetings, subcontractor meetings and safety meetings

ABOUT YOU...

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Demonstrated experience in Site Manager or Site Supervisor roles
• Driver's Licence
• Supervisor's Registration/Builder's Licence
• Site Safety Supervisor training 
• Trade background highly desired 
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
