The Role

The main responsibility of the AWS cloud engineer will be to conduct reviews of client's current IT infrastructure, application infrastructure and cloud architecture. Other responsibilities include developing design documentation, proof of concept and technical documentation. You will also conduct discover sessions with clients, solution design, hands-on cloud engineering and building instances in AWS.

Technical Skills:

• System Admin background with hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer experienced with the design and delivery of multiple public cloud migration projects.
• Hands-on experience building & administering AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, EBS, Route 53, VCP, Endpoint etc)
• Proven cloud migration experience (including planning, POC design, execution etc).
• Good cloud security knowledge.
• Professional Services Consulting experience (or similar) delivering multiple projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure etc)
