Techserve are currently seeking experienced qualified Hazardous Area Electricians to work on Coal Seam Gas projects within the Surat & Bowen Basins. There will be a mixture of Operations, Maintenance and Project works and these works involve Wellhead inspections, maintenance and minor install/corrective works.

This is a long term contract reporting to the Specialised Services Manager.

Required Mandatory Competencies

• EEHA Certification (Installation, Maintenance, and Detailed Inspection Competencies) – Within 3 years validity
• White Card
• QLD Electrical Licence – Fitter Mechanic
• Trades Certificate
• Cert IV Instrumentation
• Drivers Licence
• LVR/CPR – Within 12 months validity

• Coal Seam Gas Industry Safety Induction (ISI)
• Arrow Inductions
• Electrical Permit to work experience (Permit Holder)
• RIIVEH305D - 4 Wheel Drive Competencies
• Gas Testing Atmospheres
• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• HV Switching - With 3 years validity
