THE ROLE…

Reporting to the State Construction Manager, this role is responsible for tiling, waterproofing and silicone projects in the SEQ region. You will be responsible for contractor management, procurement, on-site inspections and project reporting through our app.

As the Site Supervisor you will work autonomously and effectively coordinate and support dedicated and results-orientated Installation Teams.

Your Role Will Include

You will oversee the projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and on budget, liaising directly with stakeholders and manage contractors on site.

• Maintaining schedules
• Allocating tiling jobs
• Client Relations
• QA inspections
• Trade procurement
• Providing support to building supervisors
• Safety compliance
  

YOU…

Will be an experienced Site Supervisor who can demonstrate expertise in a similar role. You are solutions focused, proactive, driven by results and have experience effectively managing and overseeing trades people.

You enjoy stakeholder relationship management and customer service and importantly, you have the career aspiration, drive and motivation to make a difference in a growing company.

• Effective organisational and planning skills
• Strong understanding of QA processes and Australian Standards
• Able to write quality inspection reports
• Able to hold trades accountable for their work
