JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an experienced person to manage the factory.

Key skills required:

  • 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Ability to read and draw plans.
  • Civil engineering background is an additional benefit.
  • Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD.
  • Ability to learn machinery and operating.
  • Superior communication skills to handle the clients and sub-contractors.
  • A forklift licence is an additional benefit.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities involved but not limited to:

  • Manage the production line, making sure the production process is running smoothly.
  • Organise work for the subcontractors the next day, minding the requirements from the various clients
  • Updating Customer Management System and keep tracking the projects.
  • Visiting sites frequently to make sure clients are satisfied.
  • Quality checking the finished products and resolving any issues occurred.
  • Operating machinery incase of avoidable circumstances
