Your new role
Your role of Construction Estimator with is estimating to ensure jobs are fully quoted and orders produced prior to construction.

• Conduct final plan check on all plans.
• Obtain final quotes for all jobs prior to preparing job orders, ensuring that quotes are obtained at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure that here are no delays.
• Check all cost centres for accuracy prior to producing job orders.
• Produce and distribute job orders prior to the commencement of construction.
• Prepare base prices for all new plans.
• Raise variations as required.
• Prepare sales estimates
• Source quotes for sales estimates

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these roles, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role or junior estimator
• Previous Experience working in a Domestic Construction
• Hard worker and willing to learn
• 2 references check
• Pre employment checks
