JOB DESCRIPTION
Inotek Timber Systems is based in the Sunshine West, in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.
We have several positions available for carpentry apprentices to join our team.
We specialise in all aspects of timber systems including, prefabricated wall frames, trusses and posi struts.
Work is predominantly Monday to Friday with some overtime work available.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
Completed Year 12
Completed a pre‐apprenticeship
Completed any of the certificates in Building & Construction
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
Physically fit and capable
Preferred but not essential
Driver licence
Reliable transport to get to work
Please include a cover letter with your application demonstrating how you meet the above criteria and why you would like to start a career in carpentry.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
