About the Vacancy

We are currently looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Sydney on a Permanent basis. You will be a successful Desktop Engineer with good experience working as a team and possibly being leveraged over more than 1 account in the Sydney area.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high level support and assistance in the use of information management services and infrastructure
• Focus on the desktop environment and one-off desktop projects in the Vinidex environment
• Resolve the more complex issues including those related to PC software and hardware, and the interaction between server systems and networked PCs
• Liaise with suppliers and keep abreast of developments within the industry that may have business application within Vinidex
• Wide experience in the provision and support of information management services with particular focus on the desktop environment, and one-off desktop projects
• A high level of customer focus and customer service skills.
• Experience in the support of mobile device management, printing and SCCM environments
• A sound appreciation of commercial business principles and the need for cost-effectiveness in pursuing business solutions.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, corporate network operations and modern personal computing technologies
