Leading Hand Scaffolder role purpose is to ensure projects are executed safely and with Zero Harm as well as on time and on budget and to the customers satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Ensure all Work complies with Work Safe Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation

• Monitoring the Performance of Sub-Contractors Onsite
• Overseeing Site Operations on a Day-to-Day Basis
• Complete Daily Tasks on Schedule & Safely
• Ensure Plans and Scope of Work are Read & Understood.
• Oversee the Base Out
• Ensure all Work complies with Work Safe Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation
