  • Base salary - $105K + super + $20K comms + company car (work $16.7K)
  • Melbourne - must have driving licence
  • Must have previous IT sales experience

Calling all Subject Matter Experts for this high performing Mobile Solutions division! You will join a large enterprise brand and a team who focuses on the security products portfolio. Your stakeholders will be numerous and varied from managerial to end-users, channel, 3rd party suppliers and factory. You will provide on-going tech support, pre- and post-sales for mid to large projects to improve close ration to 40% of pipeline. Your product knowledge and understanding of the Australian market will be outstanding (Rugged, Windows and Android competitors)!

You will be networking with existing clients, identifying potential new commercial targets and finding best solutions for your customers. Key responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies and services that will lead to strong revenue growth within your designated markets
    • Provide accurate and effective forecasting of demand for product, pricing and services
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Toughbook products, solutions and technologies
    • Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision makers

The successful individual must have:

    • A high level of self-motivation, organisation and commercial acumen
    • A proven track record in prospecting and winning new business in the Information Technology industry or selling a solution into the Transport, Logistics or Government sectors
    • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal and the ability to network effectively with existing and potential clients
    • Be technically minded with the ability to present solutions to complex scenarios
    • An understanding of how to build a solid sales pipeline and create compelling value proposition
    • Demonstrate excellent numerical ability; able to understand and talk numbers, forecast sales/market trends
    • Work autonomously but also co-operatively in a dynamic, competitive market
    • A current and full driver's license and be willing to travel
